Technical Consultant / Infrastructure Specialist (English)

As a Security Consultant you will ensure smooth and secure IT operations, create concepts and consider a holistic security architecture in the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Design and operation of Microsoft infrastructures (Windows/SharePoint Server, SQL-Cluster, Load-Balancing, etc.)
• Design and installation of security components (firewall, proxy server, etc.)
• Administration of cloud infrastructures (especially MS Azure and Microsoft 365)
• Ensuring platform availability and troubleshooting in 3rd-level incident management
• Planning and execution of deployments and transfer of newly developed solutions into regular operation
• Optimization of processes and services (e.g. automation and standardization of workflows)
• Planning and execution of infrastructure projects (e.g. migrations of SharePoint, server and SQL versions)

• Successfully completed computer science degree or comparable training 
• In-depth knowledge of the design, commissioning and administration of Microsoft infrastructure environments (Windows/SQL Server, MS SharePoint, Exchange) 
• Experience in the area of IT security (firewall, proxy server, network technology) 
• Experience in the area of cloud infrastructures (MS Azure, Microsoft 365, Amazon and Google Services if applicable) and hybrid scenarios is desirable 
• Analytical thinking skills, implementation strength as well as customer and service orientation 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• Fluent in English
