Was du bei uns bewegst
- Anlage, Pflege und Koordination von Opportunities in unserem CRM-System
- Erstellung, Anpassung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten für Neu- und Bestandskunden
- Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Angebotsverfahren, von der formalen Aufbereitung bis zur fristgerechten Einreichung
- Bearbeitung eingehender Kunden- und Angebotsanfragen im zentralen Customer-Excellence-Postfach
- Abstimmung mit Customer Engagement Kolleg:innen, Consulting, Administration und Finance für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in CRM- und Angebotsprozessen
- Überwachung regel- und terminbasierter Abläufe, insbesondere im Rahmen von Kundenvertragslisten
- Du entwickelst und pflegst smarte Angebots-, Vertrags- und Prozessvorlagen, die Zusammenarbeit einfacher, schneller und professioneller machen
- Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Team- und Abstimmungsmeetings
- Du unterstützt bei lizenz-, abrechnungs- und dokumentationsrelevanten Themen im Microsoft-Kosmos

- Du bringst Struktur in komplexe, dynamische Situationen, du hast einen Überblick in viele Themen gleichzeitig und kannst klar priorisieren
- CRM, Offers & Opportunities sind für dich kein Pflichtfeld – sie sind dein Sales‑Flow
- Neue Tools und KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen gehören für dich zur modernen Vertriebsarbeit und du arbeitest dich schnell darin ein (Dynamics, Copilot)
- Statt reiner Abarbeitung steht Wirkung im Fokus: erkennen, wo etwas stockt und es aktiv wieder in Bewegung bringen
- Präzision und Tempo schließen sich nicht aus, auch unter Druck bleibt dein Blick für Details und Qualität
- Für diese Rolle bringst du verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gutes Englisch (B2) mit
