Your Mission
- Strategic Leadership: You’ll drive the development of a business unit with around 50 team members, focusing on solutions based on Microsoft Data & AI components and custom software development. Your scope also includes app modernization topics (e.g., Azure Functions, DevOps, Git).
- Customer Engagement: You’ll act as a strategic partner for our clients, supporting key presales engagements and helping shape solution concepts that optimize processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Focus on Microsoft AI: You’ll identify opportunities to integrate AI into client projects and actively promote the use of Azure AI, Microsoft Data, and other AI services.
- Tandem Leadership: You’ll collaborate closely with the current Business Unit Lead and existing team leads as an equal leadership duo, with clearly defined roles and complementary strengths.
- Strategic Collaboration & Market Development: You’ll work closely with other Business Unit Leads and senior management to strategically evolve novaCapta. You’ll contribute to go-to-market strategies, shape our solution portfolio, and strengthen our presales capabilities.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in team leadership and business unit development – ideally in the Microsoft or IT consulting space.
- Strong customer orientation and a talent for solution-based sales.
- Solid understanding of modern Microsoft technologies such as Azure, AI, DevOps, and Fabric.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to take on responsibility.
- Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and using AI to solve real business challenges.
